These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by Bobby Sanford Golf Incorporated (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a lesson, attending a coaching session, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer:

Unless otherwise stated, all services, packages, and lesson credits must be used within 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

3. Booking Policy

Booking is mandatory for all services.

Clients may book via email, phone, or Instagram message.

Lessons must be paid at the time of the lesson or in advance.

No walk-ins are accepted.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds are provided for any service or package.
-
Rescheduling is available if notice is provided within the cancellation window.

No-shows forfeit the lesson with no reschedule or credit.
-
Weather-related cancellations (for outdoor sessions) are assessed case by case.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: Square point-of-sale, cash, e-transfer.

All services are subject to 14% applicable tax (HST).

Payment is required before or at the time services are rendered.

6. Client Responsibilities
-
Clients must bring their own golf clubs, tees, and appropriate clothing.

Clients must provide their own hydration and arrive on time.
-
For indoor simulator sessions, clean, dry shoes are required.

Locations vary; clients are responsible for confirming location details before the lesson.
We provide all teaching aids and training tools used during coaching.

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Golf and golf training involve physical activity. By participating, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks, including injury.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in golf coaching activities. Bobby Sanford Golf Incorporated is not liable for injuries, personal property damage, facility conditions, or weather-related issues.
Clients may be required to sign an additional liability waiver before participating.

8. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect the following personal information for coaching and administrative purposes: Name, Email address, Phone number, Payment information, Emergency contact name and phone number, Video recordings or photos of swing analysis
Swing videos and photos are stored as part of ongoing coaching and performance tracking.

Payment processing may involve third-party systems (e.g., Square). Payment data is handled according to their privacy standards.
We do not use third-party booking systems at this time.
Use of Photos and Videos for Marketing
Client photos or videos may be used for promotional or educational content only with explicit client permission.

9. Website Use

The website does not require user accounts or logins.

Content on the website may be viewed and shared freely; however, it should not be represented as professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
