This Cancellation, Booking, and Refund Policy explains how clients may schedule, cancel, reschedule, and manage lessons and services with Bobby Sanford Golf Incorporated. These policies ensure fairness, consistency, and the best possible coaching experience for all clients.
By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking a Lesson

Clients may book lessons through any of the following channels:

Booking Requirements

Booking is mandatory for all lessons, packages, and programs.

Walk-ins are not accepted.

Coaching locations vary (golf courses, indoor simulators, practice facilities).

Exact location details will be provided at the time of booking.

Availability

Lesson availability may vary by season, weather, coach schedule, and facility.

2. Payment Policy

Lessons must be paid in advance or at the time of the lesson.

Accepted payment methods include:

Square point-of-sale

Cash

E-transfer

All services are subject to 14% HST.

Individual lessons and lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To accommodate all clients fairly, the following rules apply:

Standard Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Cancellations with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

No refunds are provided for cancellations or unused lessons.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered late.

Late cancellations forfeit the lesson with no reschedule, refund, or credit.

No-Shows
-
Clients who do not attend a scheduled lesson without notice will lose the lesson.

No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or credits.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations
-
Outdoor lessons are subject to weather conditions.
-
Weather-related cancellations are assessed case by case.
-
If conditions make coaching unsafe or impractical, we will contact you to reschedule.

Indoor simulator lessons proceed as scheduled unless otherwise communicated.

5. Arriving for Your Lesson
To ensure a smooth and productive session, please:

Arrive on time and prepared.

Confirm your lesson location in advance.

Bring your own:

Golf clubs
-
Tees
-
Appropriate clothing
-
Hydration
-

Indoor Simulator Requirements
-
Clean, dry shoes are required.
-
All teaching aids and training tools are provided.

6. Rescheduling Policy
-
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Rescheduled lessons must occur within the original 12-month validity period of the lesson or package.

7. Lesson Expiry

All lessons and lesson packages expire 12 months (1 year) after the date of purchase.
-
Expired lessons cannot be refunded, transferred, rescheduled, or credited.

8. Refund & Transfer Policy

Refunds

No refunds are provided for any lessons, packages, group clinics, or digital services.

Transfers
-
Clients may transfer unused lessons to another individual within the original 12-month validity period.

Clients must notify Bobby Sanford Golf Incorporated before any lesson is transferred.

Transfers do not reset or extend the original expiration date.
-
Expired lessons cannot be transferred, credited, or refunded.

9. Policy Agreement
By booking or purchasing any service from Bobby Sanford Golf Incorporated, clients acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Booking & Refund Policy.
We may update this policy periodically; the “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version.
